CME、Eurex要求CFTC豁免ICE的回购
美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)扩大了对洲际交易所(ICE)的豁免范围，允许它在芝加哥商品交易所集团(CME Group)、欧洲期货交易所(Eurex)和全球(FIA)提出的一项诉讼之后，将客户资金投资于法国和德国的主权债务。FIA还致函CFTC，建议所有衍生品清算组织(DCOs)及其FCM清算成员应纳入该范围。不过，CFTC拒绝扩大对FCMs的订单，称需要单独考虑此案。
CME, Eurex ask CFTC for repo exemption granted to ICE
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has expanded the scope of an exemption granted to the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), allowing it to invest customer funds in French and German sovereign debt, after a case was put forward by CME Group, Eurex and the FIA. The Futures Industry Association (FIA) also wrote to the CFTC recommending that all derivatives clearing organisations (DCOs) and their FCM clearing members should be included under the scope. However the CFTC declined to expand the order to FCMs, stating that it would need to consider the case separately.
