印度国家证券交易所对新交所发起法律挑战
印度国家证券交易所(NSE)对新加坡交易所(SGX)提起法律诉讼，阻止新交所6月4日上市印度股指衍生品。新交所在一份声明中表示，他们将完全相信法律立场，并将积极捍卫自己的合法权益。新交所补充到：“我们的印度股指衍生品已获得相关监管批准，将于2018年6月上市，让客户能够无缝地过渡到印度的风险管理敞口。”
NSE mounts legal challenge to SGX
The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has launched a legal battle to block the Singapore Exchange's (SGX) new Indian derivatives suite set to go live on June 4 this year. In a statement on Tuesday, SGX said it has full confidence in our legal position and will vigorously defend this action. "Our new India derivative products, which have received the relevant regulatory approvals, will list in June 2018 and allow our clients to seamlessly transition their India risk management exposures." it added.
