印度证券交易委员会将收紧股票衍生品的保证金制度
印度证券交易委员会（SEBI）下月将收紧其衍生品风险管理框架，此举将增加该国股票衍生品市场的交易成本。印度证券交易委员会(SEBI) 在一份通知中表示，今年6月1日起，结算会员必须提供初始保证金、风险准备金、日历价差准备金，并且实行当日无负债结算制度。该日期起，收集客户保证金并报告给相关的交易所或结算公司。
SEBI tightens equity derivs margin requirements
India’s main financial regulator will tighten its derivatives risk management framework next month, a move that will increase the cost of trading in the country’s equity derivatives market. In a circular on Monday, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) said clearing members from June 1 this year will have to include initial margin, exposure margin or extreme loss margin, calendar spread margin and mark to mark settlements in the client margin collected. From this date client margin is required to be collected and reported to the relevant exchange or clearing corporation.
