(1)修改工作空间的编码方式：
Window->Preferences->General->Workspace->Text file Encoding
在Others里选择需要的编码方式(utf-8)，然后保存。
(2)自动代码提示
Eclipse -> Window -> Perferences -> Java -> Editor -> Content Assist ->Auto activation triggers for Java：
将原来的"."改成"abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz."。
(3)设置代码主题
window -> preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Color Theme 然后就可以在右边设置你喜欢的主题
(4)设置字体大小
window -> preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Color and Fonts
修改basic里面的 Text Font 这个选项
