The request contains an illegal URL.

当URL中包含2个以上.时会出现

The URL contains escaped bytes unsupported by the UTF-8 encoding.

当url中包含特殊字符,比如:http://xxx.com/1.jsp%81, 时出现

2个异常都不会在access.log中记录,给debug造成麻烦,无法定位到具体的请求
