在新搭建的系统做测试的时候发现一些错误，整理如下;
1. 登记订单时报错：
Unexpected Error: Error in Routine
WSH_DELIVERY_DETAILS_PKG.CREATE_DELIVERY_DETAILS,
Oracle Error - 100 ORA-01403: no data found
原因：没有设置发运参数
2. 价目表选不到物料
原因：1. 系统参数的项目验证组织 2.OM职责配置文件：QP： 项目验证组织 --决定价目表可以选到的物料
3.发运确认时报错：
Error: The document category has
no valid sequence assigned.
Warning: Pack Slip information could not be automatically created for delivery 4981381.
原因：在做发运确认时，其中一些单据需要分配序列
解决方法：

3. Query using the flashlight.
3.1 Search for the Application = Shipping Execution
3.2 Pick the Name of the Document Category you are using (Example: PKSLP)
3.3 Ensure that there is a valid document category defined for the document which is not being printed.
4. Make a note of the value for the field Code. This will need to match the value of the category_code in step 6
5. Navigate to shipping->setup->documents->assign sequences
6. Using the flashlight query for Shipping Execution and the document category from step 3. If there already is a sequence assignment for the category you confirmed in step 3, then proceed as follows:
6.1 Select that sequence assignment
6.2 From the top menu bar, navigate to help->diagnostics->examine
6.3 In the Examine window, select ASSIGNMENTS as the value for BLOCK, and CATEGORY_CODE as the value for FIELD
6.4 The value returned should be the same as the value noted in step 4. If not, proceed to step 7
7. If there are any sequence assignments with invalid category_code (from step 6.4), end-date those assignments
8. Enter a new sequence assignment. Select the same category as you reviewed in step 3 and 4.
9. Then retest the issue. |
