这个其实是 Oswald Laurence 的声音，至于你为什么还能听到其实是有个很温暖的故事的：
因为 Oswald Laurence 于 2001 年（此处不确定，BBC 和卫报说是 2007 年，电讯报和 IMDb 说是 2001 年）去世了，她的妻子每次听到地铁站的「Mind the gap」会有很暖心的感觉，但是 2012 年突然地铁站将这段声音换了，首先换成了另外的人的 Mind the gap，其次换成了 Please mind the gap between the train and the platform（音频未找到）所以请求伦敦地铁回复使用她丈夫的声音。
人们为了纪念他，同时安慰他的妻子，在 2013 年于 Embankment station 恢复使用那个经典的「Mind the gap」

伦敦佬各种神奇的曲线车站造就了巨大的 Gap ，比如 Piccadilly Circus 这个脚掌宽的 Gap ，上车光顾着拍照的答主差点踩了进去…

国内是gaps，英国是gap，但是意思是一样的。
