欧洲证券及市场管理局或将暂停出版MiFID II关键计算方式
欧洲证券及市场管理局（ESMA）表示，如果英国最终无协议脱欧，那么符合各项MiFID II规则的几个关键数据集和计算方式的出版任务将暂时中止。对权益工具和债券的系统化内部撮合商（SI）制度的季度计算，以及债券流动性状况的季度数据等将在英国无协议脱欧后的两个月内全部暂停。
ESMA to suspend publication of vital MiFID II calculations
The publication of several key datasets and calculations needed to comply with various MiFID II rules will be temporarily suspended if the UK leaves the European Union without a deal, the EU markets watchdog has said. Quarterly calculations for the systematic internaliser (SI) regime for equity instruments and bonds, and quarterly data on the liquidity status of bonds will all be suspended for a period of two months after Brexit in the case of a no-deal.
